Create a vision board for 2027 - Working with significant imagery, including a photo you bring of yourself, mixed media techniques in fiber and decoration, we will merge our 2027 word or phrase with a visual composition to keep us inspired and on track all year long.

In my 2023 vision board, I endeavored to balance my love for both my life in Kansas as well as my desire to spend more time in New Mexico. I aligned the horizons in images from both places and merged the clouds in an over arching frame. Zoom in to see small collage details representing the fires of my creative inspiration, my love of the natural world and small embroidered details.

I have book cases full of books and resources from which to find your perfect focus images and endless ephemera to accessorize.

IMPORTANT: Please bring a printed self portrait where your face is at least 6-7 inches tall. If you do not have a printer, please send me a digital file of a self portrait of just your face and I will print it out for you. Please send this to me a week prior to class!

Class size is limited to 10 participants.
